dking
What does it effect exactly? For example, how would it effect a CB with 18 jumping? how can somebody with really low agility (lets say 8) still have really high jumping? Interested to hear what the official answers are, but all ideas are welcome.
Hershie
AgilityAgility reflects how well a player can start, stop, and move in different directions at varying levels of speed (pace). It ties in with the Pace, Acceleration, and Balance attributes as they work together in the match engine, especially when a player is running with the ball. http://www.footballmanager.com/manual/?q=books/1111-physical
Brian Shanahan
Agility, if it anything like agility in real life, would not have an effect on jumping ability. As stated in the definition of the link, it all about being able to change body position rapidly without any pratfalls, whereas jumping is simply your ability to clear the ground when you jump vertically. I would be suprised if agility in-game is much different than the definition. For me it is something nice to see in an outfield player but not essential, whereas a goalie without it is way down in my priorities.
x42bn6
Good agility: Lionel Messi (turning circle of a pixel) Poor agility: Emile Heskey (turning circle of the Titanic)

Smurf
Not being smart but I love dictionaries Someone who is agile can move quickly and easily. ADJ ADJ-GRADED Agility has NOTHING to do with jumping, well nearly nothing. I could be 20 at jumping, I could jump really well. But someone with higher agility could do it faster. james_33
I would say that jumping is mainly a strength based skill.
