What is wrong with him? In my game, he expressed desire to join all the "big 4" clubs as first team coach. He's actually begging so many clubs to take him? Is this a bug or he's very very poor???

At least he's good. In every FM10 campaign there's a staffer or two who pimp themselves out for every job going. I've got Bobby Gould grabbing any tier 10 amateur job going. Maybe should be toned down a little bit for FM11.

too many times and too often though! i'm the england manager but couldn't stand him begging around for a job! He even ask both man utd and chelsea for a job on a single day! i think in that 1 week he asked at least 6 clubs for a job!

Baldini is not loyal; i.e. his loyalty attribute is very low! All it means is that he would go to the highest bidder. His Man Management and other mental stuff is very high; so he is quite a good buy.

In 10.3 he is slightly worse and hopeless at raising youngsters, but keeping annoying "world class superstars" in check... baldini would do a pretty good job.

Just remmember to give him a large salary, make him a First team coach (will be bad for your youth), and it would be ok!

I hired him as ass-manager with Sevilla. After his contract was over he left. He didn't even want to be ass-manager with my portugal side .

He sounds like a job hunting junkie, we all know junkies have no loyalty or trust, if anyone comes across this job hunting parasite, give him a wide berth.
