How are the batches of youth players decided and how is the quality of them effected? For example, i am currently in 2014 and until 2014 i have always had at least 3 highly reccomended players (All had the potential to be at least a good prem player in the future) adn this was while i had a youth coach. My youth coach had left and in 2014, the new batch of youth were all pretty rubbish with the best player having the potential to be a decent prem player. Now I was left to wonder does the quality of the youth coach affect the players that come in. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mojby Posted March 13, 2010 Share Posted March 13, 2010 Your youth facilites are the main thing that will affect the quality of youth players coming through. You must remember that in real life you do not always get quality youth players coming through. Man Utd have two or three seasons where the youth players were immense and since then, very few have made it. It happens in FM2010 as well. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
