Convert To Classic Tactics

Has anyone else done this on FM10, I was chuffed when I saw that you could do this as I thought the new tactics were to fiddlely and time consuming and they wernt really working for me to be honest.

I always convert to classic ( not sure why you cant convert back though?? ).

Tactics are tricky for me at the best of times and I havent got time to learn a whole new model of tactics so I stick with what I know.

I converted to classic so I could re-create the tactics I have used on previous games.

Same here, had a great game on 09 and just wanted to keep it going

classic here after first match on fm10. easy better and stay wiht what you know best

I stick with the new version as it's so easy to use. I don't know why people struggle with it, it was designed to make things easier for people who couldn't understand the classic system which was more complex.

You do know that you can create your old tactics with the new wizard, individual player instructions, when you set all the sliders, advanced forward,complete etc mean nothing, plus you get the quick easy shouts which come in handy.

Some tactics made with the wizard look totally bizarre when you change them to classic.

If you convert to Classic, does that stay the same until you start a new save, then you can go back to new create a tactic wizard, or once you've clicked convert, that's it forever?

Yh just for that saved game. I converted to classic and the team plays more like how I want them to. Must say the new tactics made me rethink about the classic though

You can still switch back to TC in your save game. Just click on 'Create Tactic' in Tactics screen.
