JBoyd33641
Im at my first year at ManCity and signed a 15 year old Portuguese winger who is said to be "The Next C. Ronaldo). He has 3 1/2 stars rating as of now and potential to be a leading winger. Can anyone give me some tips on how to help fulfill and train this guy the right way so his potential is not wasted? I am pretty new to the game. I thought about putting him on my under 18 squad and making him available for the reserve squad. Then loan him out a bit when he is 17/18. Good plan or no? Also, should i play him in my main squad at all? Any help is appreciated!!
Kickballz
I've signed plenty of Brazilians who were apparantly "the next Ronaldo" and they were all cack, so don't pay too much attention to the hype. The best thing for your young winger is 1st team games - he will reach his potential fastest that way. If you think he is going to be a star then play him as much as possible.
