Does the language barrier affect coaches star rating

I had a couple of GK coaches and at first team level they were 4.5 stars, but at youth level I noticed they were both only 2, even though they had good working with youngsters stats.

A year later and they are upto 4 stars, is this down to the language barrier or the fact they just got better at the job, like a few of my coaches have

I think we can rule out Language as the problem, all 4 of my GK coaches know English and they're all 2 stars in the Youth training.. while they're 4-4.5 in the first team training..

They have average youth stat as well, so I don't think it's related either :/

With mine they improved alot when I checked a year later

have you made sure you have goalkeepers on youth training?, i know when i have had my youth gk's move into full training and none in youth that the star drops to 2 and jumps to 4/4.5 when one is in the schedule

good question mate. I suppose that they just got better at their job.
