give the players a day off training ie a rest day?

sometime when my players have worked hard during a game i feel back in training the next day os too much for them

Select the players you want to rest on the squad screen and right click then select Squad > Training > Rest > 1 day.

Yes. Right click on the player and go to training. There will be an option to rest and a choice of how long.
