Leaving your team overnight/for the day :@

Does anyone really hate leaving your team for a large amount of time, and then getting back from wherever you've come from, the team start to play badly, and you beat yourself up about it because you think it's your fault?!

... Or is it just me?!

The chief of SI made a comment about this in another post a few days ago. Can't remember the details but in essence he was saying you get into a concentrated state of mind in along session, then you come back later in a different state of mind and not so aware of your players' form and little details. So it does happen, but it's a human factor, not the AI.

I have the same problem NFFCWiLL.

I find the best way of picking up a session is to make a paper summary of where you are in the game e.g contract negotiations, staff / player searches, tactic changes etc.

It does help.

But it's the same when you warm your dinner up in the microwave; same meal, but it doesn't taste right.
