mrpdl
Any body to help? Hi Timmy I am too, I play about 5 games and I get a crash. I have a new laptop and I had no problems with 10.2. I have never had a crash until now. It cannot be my laptop as it is a high spec. I too would like some answers.

robertodibaggio
Anybody with any answers? ------------------------- I feel for you mate. I had no problem with the out of the box version, 10.2 meant I couldn't go two weeks without a crash, that was fixed by not watching the game in 3D, 10.3 has fixed all the issues I had though. It appears to be random, I suggest a search on the topic to see what you can find.
timmy
There does not seem to be any solution except to save very often...frustrating

Matt ex SEGA
I'd definitely have a look at graphics drivers, directX etc and make sure they're all up to date. Even if your machine is new and high-spec, you may not have the latest drivers in. Additionally - go to preferences and turn off enable data collection. Let us know if that helps. Cheers Matt
blythgeordie
I too have had the very same problem and i agree it's really annoying to put it mildly. Someone suggested to me that if you go to preferences and untick the "enable data collection" (the last one on the list) this cures the problem. I tried it and also set my save to weekly and i have had no more crash/dumps since. Hope this helps.
