10.3 Players that could do with improvements

After looking at the 10.3 update, I've noticed some players has been doing much better and could do with a boost CA/PA or attributes wise. I understand that the data was locked early and some researchers have even admitted that some players weren't performing as they are now when they submitted their updates, and with hindsight, would have updated accordingly. So let's all voice out who and what needs addressing. I know its all a matter of opinions, but it doesn't hurt to discuss! :o

Let me start the ball rolling.

Rooney's heading and jumping should be higher, 13 perhaps?

Vermaelen's CA and long shots perhaps? Galla's level?

Adam Johnson's overall attributes Looks poor for such a promising player.

Chris Smalling's PA and acceleration? -8 or -9? Acceleration around 10 instead of 7?

Alex Song's overall game?

Lukaku's agility should be higher than 5? 10 at least?
