He returns a month later and I get a message saying 'Tosic unhappy with the lack of first team football'... Surely he cannot just come back, completely not match fit, and demand he plays? The guy has serious personal problems, and I would have to send him on leaves of absence a week after he came back. All this time, while he was away, I would look at his personal page and it would say that he is unhappy with lack of first team football.
