Issues since patch 3 with transfer bids and history

I have not had any problem with FM10 since I bought the game but since the latest patch I have noticed a few problems.

My transfer history at all my clubs is now blank for every season which is a slight pain but the biggest problem is transfer bids for players.

The only way I can describe it is if a club comes back and rejects my offer for their player and I make another offer it will still keep my bids from previous bids. I have ended up with more than 5 bids for the same player (under the offer section) but it will not let me withdraw the previous bids so I have to make multiple bids just to make sure I get a bid to go through. Just a pain currently playing the game when making bids for new players.
