Linger Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 Hey, I dont have steam, but had it for FM09, so its on my computer.. When i download the 10.3 patch it downloads as a normal blank file, but is set to open with steam?.. i put ".exe" at the end of the file but when i click it it just wants me to choose what program to open with.. it doesnt run the installer.. Tim_Cdy Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 Did you DL the correct file. Digital DL won't work. DL the boxed Ver, it should work as long as its compatible with 09. Ethier way, add it to a .zip archive and that should work. Don't try to extract it, just run it from the .zip archiver. The only other thing is if you downloaded the game via Steam, you may need to install via Steam. The FM09 game may need some prompting within Steam.
