It's beyond fricken tedious having to re-offer new contracts over and over and over four times a year per coach to try to keep a stable backroom. Was it even tackled? Club offers a contract to one of my coaches (Steve Gatting) and he signs for them on the same day. What a great start, not. Definitely not fixed. More work. More tediousness. Less fun. But hey, it's "realistic". Maybe. But if realism was all we were after, we wouldn't be playing computer games. Find the balance between fun and realism again, quick, SI.
