How long does it take the player to settle?

My player is currently unsettled and angry because i didnt allow him to make move to clubs, how long does it take him to get settle and is good mood or what should i do(expect of course i dont want to sell the player)?

Sorry to say but it depends on several factors, it may take few weeks to never, until the player dies or changes team.

I signed zarate once and we won both cups played him as much as poss............but i let him go in the end

+1 to the answer a "few weeks to never". I currently have an Ivorian DC who is unsettled, I've sent him on 2 one-month leaves of absence, neither of which have settled him. I bought another Ivorian player with hopes of the countrymen bonding and one settling the other. No luck. I've played him in the first team for over 15 games (a spot he deserves, he's talented), but regular play hasn't made him happier about his new home.

All of those techniques have worked with other players in other saves, but this DC is just not settling. I've transfer listed him and have been working with a few teams on a sale.

There is no real answer, depends on the language that the player speaks too, especially he is the only one speaking their language. Can play a massive factor too.
