Lack of Harmony

I am coming to the end of my first season in charge of chelse and have just secured the title in the last game and have the champs league final against barcelona to play but few of my players have come out and said they are worried by the lack of harmony in the squad.

How do i go about sorting this out and fixing it?

New contracts for the affected players should do the trick, but with it being so late in the season I wouldn't bother with it if I were you, this seems to 'reset' itself like board confidence does at the start of every new season.

ive got this as well, i think its when u sign alot of players and you have players with different personalities cause disharmony withing the team.

never tried this, i will try, maybe every player is looking for improved contracts in my team since i won the facup and league cup,
