I was working from home and contrary to popular belief was actually working and being very productive when the power cable on my work laptop failed. In an effort to not stop my rythem, I fired up my own lap top and proceeded to go the long way round my companies network to log in again as an external user... Whilst doing this a Steam icon popped up in the corner of my screen advising me that Football Manager 2010 had now been updated... I never did get back onto the work server...! walsh Posted March 2, 2010 Share Posted March 2, 2010 I saw my steam updating, came on the forums and nothing had been posted, so i just stared at the updating screen while bashing f5 on the keyboard for a topic about it to appear. I guess my angle was that i was not on the forums and, although expected the patch anyday, was most pleased when for once i did not log on just to check and its this instance that ended my wait!
