el_magico89
Hi Guys, Until now I was using Tug' Training Schedule, but after a lot of injuries (patch 3), Ive decided to create my own training schedule, cause some of you guys wrote in other threads, that tug is using a very high intensity and this could be one of the main reasons for so much injuries. So I wanted to know, what exactly I have to focus on? Well my first aim is, not to risk my players' health anymore, as I noticed, that many injuries, especially from youth players happen in training, like player x has tackled player y very hard and so on. but i don't want them to develop much slower than before aswell. so have to find the right balance and now asking for your help. have a nice fm night^^
Cougar2010
I have the following general training schemes: GKs Fullbacks Central Defenders Central Midfield Wingers Strikers For each one I focus on different areas, you can see in the training schemes what is trained within each area. Strikers will have high levels of attacking & shooting while defenders concentrate more on defending. Overall I keep the total for each scheme one notch below heavy and each individual area on just below light. EDIT If I have a good young player with potential I'll also design a personal scheme for him if I feel his skills are unbalanced.
