Teams always sign the same players

Recommended Posts

Do the following players with you move to the same team every load???

Gary Cahill - Man Utd

Felipe - Chelsea or Man Utd

Francesco Modesto - Arsenal

James Henry - Everton

Eddie Nolan - Everton

Landon Donovan - Chelsea

It gets really annoying to always see them moving to the same teams

In my loads they do! Its really annoying!

Does this happen in every new generated game you play or have you created a game and just keep restarting from the same one game?

If it's the keep restarting from the same one game then teams will always sign the same players as they've already chosen whom they wish to buy when the game was created.

Well, they start with the same squad in every save, which means that they need to fill the same holes in the squad in every save. No wonder they usually sign the same player because apparently that player is the best option in every save.

This is not a bug at all, which is why I am moving this to GQ. When a game is started, assuming you are using the default databse, or one without many major changes, teams will always have the same holes in their squad to fill.

What I would encourage is to only start a new game once, and play with the same file. This was the complaint you have would not be relevant. Additionally, it would make your managerial career more realistic because in real life, if Harry Redknapp has a bad season, or gets bored in his job, he can't just 'Start a new game' and roll back to 2010 whenever he likes.

However, as the customer, you are entitled to play the game in any way you deem fit. Of course you want to get the maximum enjoyment out of the game and it's inevitable that most people will have more than one created game. You will find that in the first transfer window Chelsea will tend to look for the same type of player as if you started another game with Chelsea. This is actually a strength of the code.

As you play throught a game, hundreds of variables will play out and in say 2016 no save will be the same. That's the joy of the game.
