how effects wheather conditions the game?

i am curious about wheather conditions.

for example what are the effects of the rain or snow on players?

and how must i aproach these wheather condition. should i encourage my players to shoot or should i pick my team according to it?

You should encourage your team to use direct passing. In poor weather conditions short passing is less efficient and more technical players are hindered by this. I'm not completely sure but it's also possible to see more injuries during poor weather as tackling is less accurate.

As a general rule, On a wet soggy pitch you should play more direct, in windy conditions it's better to keep the ball on the ground.
