Really annoying/weird problem

Here it is - I open my editor, it load's, I go away from the window frame to load an editor and erm, you know the cursor for vista? The lil ring that goes round when a page is loading? Well if you do, that's what my cursor is for my editor. Its loaded up all fine but wont stop doing it.
