DANNYTheBest
dont know if anyone said this before but could u do PAY AS U PLAY deal which if the player is injury prone u could offer him this deal and is this player plays a certain amount of apps he gets an extra year on his conract
frediculous_biggs
This would be good, similar to a month-to-month contract in that they can be bought anytime? It certainly happens in real life.
kav
would be good for small club.
humanriff
you used to be able to offer contracts of a few months or so, and i'd really love to see this back.
phnompenhandy
Another good small realistic contracts suggestion.
Neji
Seen it mentioned before.I agree with any suggestion along these lines. The more options we have to get a player, the better.
MSCCG
I've always thought that the contracts and some ohter aspects of the game were too simplified, like this contract deal and also scouting.
sammymac
ive always thought that both human and non human managers should be rated on the same stats. eg judging player potential. what do you think?
jayahr
Contract extension based on apps is something I would like to see in the future too Would not only be nice for smaller clubs but also for contracts with older players. Pay as you play could be done already with a low basic salary and large apps bonuses. However I guess only few players accept this currently.
sammymac
i do think that some sort of system should be brought in to offer shorter contracts because there is nothing more frustrating than signing a player on high wages and seeing him get a long term injury
amplifierworship
Can't you do this using the appearance fee bonus?
man u 4 lyf
Would be useful if signing a player such as owen (lol if only newcastle had thought of this!) Also, if your a small team and are running into debt, you could drop the top earner for a week or two to help with the finances. Maybe another interaction option of "not playing next match to free up money" or along those lines (like you can if your dropping a player for a week or 2)
Dave C
Short-term and pay-as-you-play contracts cause processing slow-downs, which is why they are not in FM at the moment.
sammymac
all these points seem reasonable but would anybody agree with me when i say that human managers should have the same stats as non human managers instead of the stats that we already have- eg. hands on approach

sammymac
would anybody maybe consider adding press conference instead of the same one question before every game. like to know your thoughts
