Darry Casey Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 I only have 6 coaches with 2 ratings in trainings, what do the ratings actually do? i am looking for 5 stars ratings coaches but the board wont let me buy any more staff, help what do i do? AndyRich Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 go to staff search (next to player search) then filter it to the "coach" job, then put highest rep at the top, now you will have all the best availible coaches (a lot of them are free) If your board dont let you do that, terminate some of the worse coaches you have contracts to free some wage budjet, then sign new ones from the list (y) If that doesnt work... ?!
