what am I supposed to do when my players go tired?

My team do alright until they get tired and then I get hammered. But the computer AI plays the same players every week.

My players go tired but I don't have enough backup. It's weird because I watch football every week and I see Rangers playing the same players every week.

What do you guys do?

If you are playing as a big team, like Arsenal for example, some people have two full squads that play every second match, or two ful squads, one for hoem games and the other for away games.

But I realize you don't have backups, so you must be a smaller team.

You can give players rest days to allow their fitness to recover quickly.

'Shout' periods of 'take a breather', go easier on closing down and runs from deep.
