how do i make a promise to a player?

You do it through the media. You can't initiate it though. You sometimes get a story about your player wanting more first team football, for example. If you reply by saying that he will get a chance soon, then that will become a promise.

and it usually leads to you breaking the promise and upsetting the player more

i just have 2-3 unhappy players and i dont know why. they are playing too which confuses me even more. any ideas?

have you clicked on the icon next to them which say unhappy? it should bring up then some sort of detail as to why?

reasonly signed? they tend to act like girls for the first few weeks, especially if they lack the language, and if you screwed up the press conference saying the player has to perform even though he is a youth player and doesnt feel ready for the big boys game.

im 2nd in the PL and Giggs is the one who has low morale.

well low morale is not necessarily a bad thing, anyways a new contract seems to work like flowers do on woman.

i trired the new contract too. hes just being a baby i guess haha
