Tutoring

I see alot of people mentioning it on this forum as a great way of developing younger talent but can't seem to work out how to do it unless the staff recommend it to me in the meetings, can someone explain how it works? Cheers.

go to ineteract with player on the profile screen

You go into the younger player's interaction menu and, if he can be tutored, there'll be 3 options and a list of all the players he can be linked with at the bottom of the screen.

I can't remember the translations of what the 3 options tell the players to do, but that's how you set up the links.

Click on the player you want to be tutored. Click interact with player and on the bottom select the player you want to do the tutoring and select one of three options e.g suggest x can learn from x or x would be an ideal role model for x
