Paul Mc Posted February 24, 2010 Share Posted February 24, 2010 I was hoping someone could help, I have downloaded the 10.2 patch but once it's on my desktop and I try and open or install I get a message saying that the file type is unrecognised and any attempt to find a suitable program to open online fails.
