Avoiding Injuries

Ok, so I'm in 2022 as Newcastle manager, and it seems that every season more and more of my players get injured, often for very long periods. Ive hired the top physio, and I make sure my preseason training consists of high strength and aerobic.

Am I doing anything wrong? Or is this just a continuation of Newcastles awful luck?

If they're picking up injuries in training then reduce the physical component of the regime, and think about getting rid of your fitness coaches. Different coaches have different hidden attributes, your fitness coaches might be overly harsh.
