Why is This Happening?

My game seems to be bugged. Whenever I start a new game, the save seems to be corrupted in an odd way. The game runs fine but whenever I try to load another save, the whole thing goes caput and freezes. I was trying to see what a player looked like in the future and it crashed. These problems began about a week ago, maybe longer but yesterday, I re-installed it and created a new game. Re-loading this game was perfect and I could go into my older, non-corrupted games fine.

Then today, I try to load it and it works fine. I turn the game off for a while, go back on and sure enough, the save wouldn't load. I re-start the game and it opens fine. I try loading the game again and again and it failed on the second attempt. This is how the problems originally started before they began messing around every-now and then when I saved.

This is extremely frustrating as I can be losing several games at a time, which is a bastard really. Does anyone know a lasting fix for this?
