How do I set a preferred move for a player??

hi guys, dos any one know how to set a preferred move workload on a player for example i want to make my Brazilian striker Fred improve his long shots, your coaches can recommend in the coaching staff meetings but how do I do this my self?

Go to "player interaction" on his screen and scroll down. You can't get him to improve his long shots, merely take more of them.

If they recommend it at coach meetings then there should be an extra button that does it automatically.
