Setting no transfer Budgets

I ddnerstand yuo can set no transfer budget to your team, fro your first window, but is teher anyway to do it so that NO teams across the entire game can wheel and deal in teh first transfer market. It's just that it's quite unrealistic considering all the summer moves have been implemented in the game.

I thought if you ticked the box that applied for all teams? They can still bring in freebies though, I think.

Yeah that makes sense as that is allowed in real life aswell, it's just it would be great if it applied to all teams. Can anyone confirm this?

I think there is box when you set up your game that can be unticked to disable transfers in the first window.

If you untick the box 'Transfer budget in first window' it applies to all clubs across the world. The only transfers that can go through are free signings, loans and transfers that were set in the database before the game started.

That wasn't the case on a game I started. It just meant I didn't have a transfer budget, Man City still found a way to buy players.
