Larsson#1 Posted February 19, 2010 Share Posted February 19, 2010 Does anyone know what to look for to know if a manager/coach will join for these positions, is it reputation based? I just started a Scotland game and i've literally tried about 20 different manager/coaches. I don't mean the top men, i mean i got Brian McClair to join as Asst Manager which i'm pretty pleased about however the likes of Ally McCoist and Neil Banfield (unemployed manager) have rejected me. I don't want to hire a total superstar manager but anyone of decent ability constantly decline these roles, any advice? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
