I play as Galatasaray in Turkey and my starting 11 is mainly 3 star current ability and I bought a 3.5 star for left mid and he has been averaging only 6.40 over his 2 seasons with me. Look at his Judging Player Potential and Judging Player Ability for accurate reports. If both stats are 20 then you should have a very good squad if you follow your assistant managers report.
