The barcelona way

i have been in charge at birmingham(taken over by tycoon) for 4 years or so now and have built the team for being barcelona esque i.e flairy creative possesion football. i've ended up with a team i think can do this but cant quite get the tactics right, neone got any ideas??

But in answer to the OP, I'd make sure both your wingers are AMR/L and can cut inside onto their stronger foot (ie, right-footer on the left, leftie on the right). 10.2 doesn't seem to like out and out wingers. I find Alexis Sanchez plays much better on the left wing than on the right. And in the lower leagues Snodgrass is better on the right than the left. Not sure of the mechanics, but seems to work for me.

in response to the rooney thing, as stated a tycoon took over after 1 season of keeping them up i paid somethin like 35m up front and 25m for 36 months not bad rly
