Players worried by the lack of disicpline?

Whats does that means? A few of my players have that and i dont know what to do.

Yeah i get this a few times. I tend to get it when somebody gets sent off and then dont punish them, so to stop it you should maybe warn or fine your players.

Just fine one of your players when someone gets sent off and they will all stop moaning. Play hard tackles for a while!
