eprstockholm
So my promising midfielder has been shadowing Miralem Pjanic for a while to pick up new moves and so on, and eventually comes back to me and says how great he thought it was, that he learnt a lot, feels he's really improved and got on really well with Pjanic, who now appears among his favoured personnel. Cool, I think, why not try it again? So I tell the player that Pjanic would be an ideal role model, and both he and Pjanic are delighted by the idea of another period of tutoring. And with tedious inevitability, the player comes back to me two weeks later and says he is disenchanted with the experience of trying to shadow Pjanic and that there is no way he can work with the player when there is such a clear difference in personality between them. As a result, both players' morale drops and they become unhappy.
