Is Tactics really that important?

I won the Turkish League with Galatasaray with 83 points and the 2nd team was only on 76.

I didn't change my tactics once in the season, all I did was team talk. Never changed training/never done any shouts.

Try drastically changing tactics each match and see if you get the same results.

Stability is good, the default tactics were probably a good fit.

And yes, tactics are important.

Tactics are important, and there is no need to drastically change them if the one you have works.

That's like asking if your girlfriend birthday is important...of course tactics are important.

Tactics is important, but if you have superior players, it dont really matter much. It's more noticeable in lower leagues. However, when you've managed to find a decent standard tactic, you only need to make minor tweaks to continue using it.

Not true. I won the Serie A with Inter without once changing my tactics. 3-4-3 on control, never even changed to counter or overload. Lost two games all season, won every prize.
