B and C team training

What happens when I move a player to the B or C team in Spain? They seem to share training facilities with the senior squad, but what about coaches and training schedules? I have no control over them and I can't see their progression. The B and C teams aren't in any active playing leagues either, but are still generating 'fake' matches.

you don't share your coaches with them i'm afraid - only the facilities.

your coaches only work for your first team and youth team - B and C teams are considered inpedendent (kinda like feeder clubs).

it gets worse because usually the head coach of the B and C team is useless and he will have freedom to negotiate the transfer / loan of the players you send to them.

you also won't be able to have older players in your first team tutor those in the B or C teams.
