Scouting Discussion

I've always hired the scouts with the best ratings for judging player ability and potential but I wonder if these are the only attributes to watch out for.

Does anyone have any idea as to what determines the length of time it takes a coach to finish scouting a country/region??????

Also I'm intrigued to know what determines how long a scout retains their knowledge of each country??

I intend doing some testing of this next week but in the meantime any thoughts would be appreciated.
