Matchs in the same day of national team

I'm training Cruzeiro in Brazil and I have 5 players in Brazilian team and 2 in Argentinian team. But I always have a match to do when they are playing in the national teams.

Is there any way to avoid this?

I'm in the argentinian league and noticed this as well and there doesn't seem to be a way around it. Probably due to most of the south american national players plying their trade in europe, so disruption is pretty minimal on the leagues. Especially at Arsenal de Sarandi, where I only have two internationals in my squad - a panamanian and a uruguayan.
