Supposedly they're skilled in this area. How can I tell? What is this role? I've not seen it before and when I approach one of the losers it's just for a coaching position. Someone like this offers good player reports (when combined with JPA/JPP), offer advice on player contracts, squad discipline, etc. It's an important attribute for assistant managers. I have a coach with a 17 in Man Management, and every time they recommend candidates to be my man management expert none of them have a score over 12. He was very pally with all the players, he would have known their kids and wives names. You saw what happened when he left - the morale of the club plummeted.
