MeesterCat
For the over-confident players I tell them "I expect a performance" in the pre match team talk. I'm not sure abou the other problem, i'm yet to work out a way to solve it.
Kain
I give the "Expect a performance" for players looking overconfident too. For those struggling to motivate themselves due to not liking me, I just carry on as normal. Hasn't had any adverse effects in 4 seasons that I can tell. robertcornell68
Overconfidence = I expect a performance. The other one, they can either get over it or get out.
gunner86
I'm the same with over confidence. With struggling to get motivated, sometimes I will say expect a performance too, it depends on the player though. I've also done ok with No pressure/You have faith.
