Wondering what you do when it says....

that a couple of your players are looking over confidant in the warm-up before the match?

& when it says that some players are struggling to motivate themselves due to personal issues with the manager?

how can u solve these?

For the over-confident players I tell them "I expect a performance" in the pre match team talk. I'm not sure abou the other problem, i'm yet to work out a way to solve it.

I give the "Expect a performance" for players looking overconfident too. For those struggling to motivate themselves due to not liking me, I just carry on as normal. Hasn't had any adverse effects in 4 seasons that I can tell.

if you praise then they dont like it

if you give them a gee up they dont like it

so leave alone...........it usually goes when you get success

Overconfidence = I expect a performance.

The other one, they can either get over it or get out.

I'm the same with over confidence.

With struggling to get motivated, sometimes I will say expect a performance too, it depends on the player though. I've also done ok with No pressure/You have faith.
