Physios on the field?

I swear some of my players can procure an instant diagnosis of an opponent whenever they go down. They go in for a tackle get the ball and instantly hoof it out of bounds because the opposing player happened to get hurt. This happens even when they gain the ball the other team's box and ruining a scoring chance!

I'm all for fair play, but I don't think RL players can instantly recognize an injury with all the acting that goes on in modern football.
