Digital Version, How does the patch work??

I have downloaded the PCDigital version of FM10, I have also downloaded the digital version of the patches, however they don't work no matter what I seem to do!! I downloaded FM from the Game.co.uk website, therefore it has nothing to do with Steam. Any suggestions would be much appreciated thank you.

You may find that the game is already patched. First thing I'd do is check that by loading up the game and going to the 'Game Status' screen.

If you do still need to update, what happens (when you say they don't work)? Do you get an error message or...?

You may have to rename the file with the extension '.exe' if it doesn't have it already. Once thats done just double click on it and it'll auto run.
