Mattyboy89
Hi Just a couple questions on match fitness... If a player is not match fit does this affect their performance or is it that they will need to be substituted more often as they cannot play a full match? Are they more susceptible to injuries while unfit, or just coming back from injury? Thanks
roe
It's the same as in real life, although obviously in real life people don't have indicators showing exactly what condition they're in. So for example, if someone is 100% fit, it means they're less likely to tire or pick up injuries and should be playing to their absolutely peak. If someone is say 80% fit, they're gonna be more tired, may make more mistakes and could well pick up more injuries.

Edle
Does anyone regularly get players at 100%? The majority of mine hover at 97%
Bosson
I get 100% a fair bit, if there's no midweek game.
swed151
I rotate enough to have quite a few players at 100%.
