Cant Install Game - Crashes @ 'Installing Data'

i had some problems with the game, so i uninstalled it from my mac

and when i try and load the game on to my mac now it crashes at 'installing data'

im thinking maybe its because i havent deleted everything properly ?

anyone have any ideas ?

please help if you can, this is so frustrating, i have no idea how to make it work

You need to access your registry and delete anything that says FM10, SIgames or Football Manager if you havent deleted everything properly. There are also registry software than cleans this out but you'll have to acquire that so its a little trickier and not so instant.

regedit. But you really need to know what you're doing cos if you delete anything else you've had it. There's a search function on the window that opens so type in anything game related and you'll see if there's anything left. Make sure you delete the obvious beforehand, "delete programmes, start menu, c drive".

im using my mac, and now it wont even let me delete the files

Its different settings on a mac. Search within the finder for any file named likewise and also install the patch for mac and not the windows one.

is there an update available, maybe you need to update and then install?

Also is your mac on the correct config, as in date, time, country, etc?

how can you get an update without installing the game?

my friends game works now. just try waiting for 15 minutes until it says do you want to replace the following files, then click yes to all and it will work.

i get the message where it says that , i click yes to all , and the same problem still occurs
