Patch Issues

Hi, need some help..

Ive just downloaded the 10.2 patch (i know im behind..) ive downloaded the boxed version, i chose to save the file, as there was no option ro run.. and the file now saved, is just an unrecognised file..

What have i done wrong?

Bring it onto the desktop. Right click on it, click 'Properties' and change the end of the file name to .exe and next time you double click on it, it should run.

Some how ive managed to turn the file into an internet explorer file prior to doing what you said.. how do i turn it back? :|

Um... I haven't a clue.

Try changing the end of the file name to what I suggested?

Ive downloaded it again, and its still in the bloody internet explorer file type.. thats annoying

Ive changed it to open with football manager, and it just opens football manager!

I just need to take it back to default :/

Delete the download and start from scratch again. Download the patch to your desktop, right click on the icon, click on rename, add .exe to the end of the filename, close the box and click again on the icon and it will self install as long as the game is not running.

as soon as i go to download it, ive changed it to "open with football manager" so it just opens football manager

how do i take it back to default!?
