team talks!!

i was wondering how people deal with team talks? they seem to have a massive bearing on the result,any advice? thanks in advance

Dont do them. Best advice ever. SI need to remove them from the game.

I ignore them mostly. It's a bad system which makes little sense to anyone. My players rarely have any response and I never manage to win a game because of a team talk, unlike the AI.

I let my assistant do them. They don't make any sense to me.

Trust me, saying nothing works way better than anything the assman does.

They always have effects, the assistant just doesn't always notice. Best way to win games. It's like saying I don't do tactics!

Yes they do have a huge impact on the way your team plays.

Yes they are abstract, saying pleases to your team when 3-0 up at half time does not do what you expect.

But once you get your head into the team talk language and understand the personality of your players you are on the road to success.

They certainly need toning down.

If you want to lose a game against weaker opponents just say "I expect a win". If you want to come back from 2-0 down just say "i want to see more from you".

Its better to be 1 behind at half time than 2-0 up because of the power of a "I want to see more from you team talk" when I didnt know how to use them.

I would like them removed. At the minute I'm feeling team talks are more important than player ability.
