kieronbrown73 Posted February 5, 2010 Share Posted February 5, 2010 I am looking to carry out an experiment to test scouting in the game by placing young players with a high PA in low leagues such as Hong Kong, with a view to seeing if they will be picked up by the scouts of high rated clubs. That is the whole point of the experiment. If I created this player in the England, he would be snapped up by one of the top clubs immeadiatly, but if he was at a club in Hong Kong or Thailand would his considerale talent go unoticed.
