Is there a draw bug?

I'm sure i read a while ago some saying that teams have a greater tendency to draw another team in close geographical proximity to said team.

And my FA Cup draw points towards this.

Merseyside vs. Merseyside
West Midlands vs. North East
South Wales vs. West Midlands
South West vs. London
South Wales vs. East Midlands
Greater Manchester vs. Greater Manchester
West Midlands vs. West Midlands
London vs. London

Twice i've drawn Everton this season as well.

Is this a known fact, or simply total coincidence? It just seemed a little odd that there were four derby matches from the 8 ties.

This was the case for FM09, but should not be the case for FM10, I'd say it's just coincidence - unless you're playing 09!

Its just luck and not impossible
